Tonight I ate chicken with vegitables! /gasp /shock /horror!
I know Mum was impressed, and Loz might be too!
I still don't particularly like the taste of celery, but carrots help Mitey see in the dark, so I'll always eats those :P

You ate vegetables, and didn't resort to any of the following tricks (this time):
*tomato sauce is a vegetable
*hot chips have potato in them- potato is a vegetable
or my personal favourite- 'hide' the vegetables- I remember vacuuming the dining room and finding peas particularly, under the dining table, and behind the curtains... you always were creative, weren't you! LOL
PS: I think I know why 'vegetables' is hard to spell. Remember the Winnie the Pooh videos we watched as kids? Rabbit, and others, liked to say "vege-it-a-bibbles"!
